กรุงเทพฯ, 1 กรกฎาคม 2568 – บริษัท อบาคัส ดิจิทัล จำกัด แต่งตั้ง นายทับขวัญ หอมจำปา ขึ้นดำรงตำแหน่งรักษาการประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร (CEO) โดยมีผลทันที แทนที่ ดร.สุทธาภา อมรวิวัฒน์ สานต่อวิสัยทัศน์องค์กรในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการเงินเพื่อสร้างความเท่าเทียมทางโอกาสให้กับคนไทยทุกกลุ่ม

 

ในฐานะหนึ่งในผู้ร่วมก่อตั้ง นายทับขวัญมีบทบาทสำคัญในการผลักดันการเติบโตของบริษัทฯ ทั้งในด้านกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร จนได้รับความเชื่อมั่นจากนักลงทุนระดับภูมิภาคและประสบความสำเร็จในการระดมทุนกว่า 1,000 ล้านบาท ในช่วงปี 2564-2565 ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความแข็งแกร่งของทีมผู้บริหาร และโมเดลธุรกิจที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยข้อมูลและเทคโนโลยี

ในบทบาทใหม่นายทับขวัญยังคงมุ่งมั่นเดินหน้าต่อยอดภารกิจสำคัญในการเปิดโอกาสทางการเงินให้กับกลุ่มคนที่มีเครดิตน้อยและเข้าไม่ถึงสินเชื่อในระบบ ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันมันนี่ทันเดอร์ (Money Thunder) ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีผู้ใช้งานแล้วกว่า 4 ล้านราย และมียอดปล่อยสินเชื่อสะสมมากกว่า 24,000 ล้านบาท

 

สำหรับปี 2568 บริษัทยังคงเดินหน้าขยายฐานลูกค้าและการปล่อยสินเชื่ออย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมตั้งเป้าเพิ่มกำไรเป็น 2 เท่าจากปีก่อนหน้า แม้ต้องเผชิญกับภาวะเศรษฐกิจที่ผันผวนและท้าทาย บริษัทก็ยังสามารถบริหารความเสี่ยงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยควบคุมอัตราหนี้เสีย (NPL) ให้อยู่ในระดับต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของตลาดซึ่งเป็นผลจากการใช้เทคโนโลยี AI ที่พัฒนาขึ้นเอง เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงได้อย่างแม่นยำ

 

นายทับขวัญมีประสบการณ์ในภาคการเงินและเศรษฐกิจ ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โดยเคยดำรงตำแหน่งนักวิเคราะห์อาวุโส ศูนย์วิจัยเศรษฐกิจและธุรกิจ (EIC) ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ และเคยร่วมงานกับ J.P. Morgan ประเทศสิงคโปร์ ในฝ่ายตลาดทุน (Equity Capital Markets) ซึ่งมีบทบาทในการระดมทุนรวมกว่า 10,000 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐฯ ให้กับบริษัทชั้นนำในภูมิภาค

 

ด้านการศึกษา นายทับขวัญ เป็นนักเรียนทุนพระราชทานเล่าเรียนหลวง (King's Scholarship) จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์จาก Yale University และปริญญาโท สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์และการเงิน จาก London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE)

Bangkok, July 1, 2025 – ABACUS digital Co., Ltd. has appointed Mr. Tubkwan Homchampa as Management Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, succeeding
Dr. Sutapa Amornwiwat. This leadership transition marks the company's continued commitment to leveraging financial innovation to create equal opportunities for all Thais.

As one of the co-founders, Mr. Tubkwan has played a vital role in shaping ABACUS digital's strategic direction and organizational culture. Under his leadership, the company earned the trust of regional investors and successfully raised over THB 1 billion during 2021–2022, demonstrating the strength of its data- and technology-driven business model and leadership team.

Prior to assuming the organization's top leadership role, Mr. Tubkwan served as Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing corporate strategy, finance, and human capital. He was instrumental in the company's major milestones, including winning the Prime Minister's Awards 2024—the highest recognition from the Thai government—and being named to Forbes Asia's "100 to Watch 2023" list. In 2025, ABACUS digital aims to continue scaling its customer base and loan disbursements, with a target to double profit from the previous year. Despite economic volatility, the company continues to manage risk effectively, maintaining a non-performing loan (NPL) ratio well below the industry average—thanks to its proprietary AI technology that enables precise risk assessment.

Mr. Tubkwan brings extensive experience in finance and economics, both domestically and internationally. He previously served as a Senior Analyst at the Economic Intelligence Center (EIC) of Siam Commercial Bank and worked in the Equity Capital Markets division at J.P. Morgan Singapore, where he contributed to capital raising efforts totaling over USD 10 billion for leading regional firms.

Mr. Tubkwan is a recipient of the prestigious King's Scholarship. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Yale University and a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
